delivery timescales:
Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be made within ten days following purchase. Decorative stone products are usually delivered within 3-5 days. Log cabins and garden buildings may take up to 6 weeks as these are often built to order. Additionally, should any modifications be required, such as pressure treatment, this will take a further two weeks to process. Upon purchase, we will contact you to advise expected delivery timescales. We will make every effort to adhere to these delivery timeframes, however we will not be held liable for any direct or consequential loss should we be unable to meet the agreed schedule for whatever reason.

Local delivery within the free delivery area is made via our 7.5 tonne lorry with hiab crane. We are happy to deliver if you are not at home, but please advise us of any special delivery instructions in advance. Delivery is kerbside only, where possible the goods will be delivered closer to your property as long as access is available. It is imperative the area is firm and level. It is necessary for the customer to advise us in advance if there are any access restrictions. Should we encounter problems with delivery as a result of the failure to disclose this information , the customer will be responsible for full costs of aborted delivery, not the discounted charge shown on the website.
Delivery to the rest of the UK is made by national carrier and delivered to kerbside only using a tail-lift vehicle. Where possible, the goods will be moved closer to your property via pump-truck. In all cases, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable area for the delivery to be made. It is imperative the area is firm and level. Our national carrier uses large 18 tonne high sided vehicles (similar size to a large removal lorry) and it is necessary for the customer to advise us in advance if there are any access restrictions. Should the carrier encounter problems with delivery as a result of the failure to disclose this information, the customer will be responsible for full costs of aborted delivery, not the discounted charges shown on the website.

A signature is required for national delivery unless prearranged. Should you be unavailable to receive the goods after arrangements have been made, we will still have to charge you for the delivery. Likewise, if you require the goods to be redelivered, an additional fee will apply.
Please advise us of any special delivery instructions in advance.
Occasionally some products will be extremely heavy and the driver may need assistance in unloading the pallet from the vehicle. We use an economical delivery service to ensure our prices remain low, which restricts the maximum offload weight per pallet. If providing assistance to the driver is likely to cause you difficulty, please advise us beforehand and we will offer alternative delivery options, however these are likely to incur additional fees.
Goods must be checked upon arrival and any discrepancies recorded at time of delivery on the carrier's delivery docket. Furthermore, we must be notified in writing of any issues within 24 hours following delivery.
Should the goods be damaged, defective or incorrect, please provide photographic evidence and we will offer a replacement or refund. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods and save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, (damage or expenses including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising.
This policy does not affect your legal rights.
The customer is responsible for the goods once delivery has been made.

Should you cancel prior to your products being dispatched, a full refund will be credited.
If you cancel once your goods are in transit, a refund will be issued less the costs incurred by us. Items shown as free delivery will incur the actual delivery and return fees associated with the item. Alternatively, you may make arrangements to return the goods to us at your expense.
Should you wish to return your goods, we will refund you in full less the full costs associated with the delivery and return (not the discounted delivery fees used on the website). Alternatively, you may make arrangements to return the goods to us at your expense. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us. If you fail to take reasonable care and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.
